We started out helping friends untangle their desk habits and slowly grew into a calm coaching studio rooted in everyday body awareness.

Built around patient, practical work

Zluzarinkhakryon was founded by movement educators who kept noticing the same thing in their classrooms: people did not need more exercises, they needed better habits. So we slowed everything down.

Today, our small team works with writers, engineers, parents, students, and retirees — anyone whose daily routines have started to feel a little uncomfortable to live in.
