1. About the studio

This website is operated by Zluzarinkhakryon, a posture and body habit coaching studio located at 555 S Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101, USA. Throughout these terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to the studio, while "you" refers to the visitor or client.

2. Use of the website

You may browse, read, and reasonably share the content of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, copy entire pages without permission, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

3. Coaching content

The information published on this site is for general educational purposes about posture and body habits. It is not a substitute for individual professional advice tailored to your circumstances. Please consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to how you move if you are unsure.

4. Bookings and payments

When you book a coaching program, the booking becomes confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation by email. Programs may be paid up front or, where agreed, in instalments. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours notice at no extra cost. Late cancellations may forfeit the session, although we always try to be flexible when life genuinely gets in the way.

6. Intellectual property

All written content, illustrations, and brand elements on this site belong to Zluzarinkhakryon or are used under licence. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Wholesale republication is not permitted without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

While we work hard to keep this site accurate and available, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that may arise from using this website.
